1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account with phpvip, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise engaging with our gaming services, you expressly consent to these Terms and Conditions, as well as all policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Anti-Money Laundering Policy, and Cookie Policy. These Terms apply to all users accessing phpvip services from any jurisdiction, including Filipino residents accessing our platform from the Philippines.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

phpvip services are strictly available only to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities. phpvip reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Account Requirements

Each user may maintain only one (1) active phpvip account. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or attempting to circumvent account restrictions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and confiscation of account balances. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout your use of phpvip services.

2.3 Prohibited Jurisdictions

Users residing in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law are not permitted to access phpvip services. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of phpvip complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. phpvip disclaims all liability for users who access services from prohibited jurisdictions.

3. Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

Users may deposit funds into their phpvip accounts using approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and other methods designated on the platform. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) or other supported currencies. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed during the deposit process and may vary based on payment method and user account status. phpvip does not charge deposit processing fees, though third-party payment processors may impose their own fees.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, compliance checks, and the terms of any applicable bonuses or promotions. phpvip processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified on the platform, typically within 24-72 hours for verified accounts. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed during the withdrawal process. Users may be required to withdraw funds using the same payment method used for deposits, subject to anti-money laundering regulations.

3.3 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. Wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates apply to all promotional funds unless otherwise stated. Each game available on the phpvip platform operates according to specific rules displayed within the game interface. Users are responsible for understanding game rules before placing wagers. In the event of disputes regarding game outcomes, phpvip's game logs constitute the definitive record and final determination.

3 Betting Limits

phpvip establishes minimum and maximum betting limits for all games. These limits may vary based on game type, user account status, and promotional terms. phpvip reserves the right to modify betting limits at any time and to impose special limits on individual accounts at its sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on the phpvip platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (the "Content"), is the property of phpvip or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The phpvip trademark, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of phpvip or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of phpvip.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phpvip platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance of the Content is strictly prohibited and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PHPVIP, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

phpvip shall not be liable for any technical failures, including but not limited to server malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, software errors, or Force Majeure events beyond our reasonable control. In the event of technical failures affecting game outcomes, phpvip reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes to affected users.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

phpvip is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and preventing problem gambling. We provide tools enabling users to set deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and cooling-off periods. Users experiencing gambling-related difficulties may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion requests should be submitted to our customer support team and will be processed within 24 hours.

During self-exclusion periods, users will be unable to access their phpvip accounts, make deposits, or place wagers. Attempts to create new accounts or circumvent self-exclusion restrictions constitute a material breach of these Terms. phpvip cooperates with responsible gaming organizations and regulatory authorities to assist users experiencing gambling-related harm.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

phpvip collects, processes, and stores personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using phpvip services, you consent to our collection and use of personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect user data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

phpvip may share user information with third-party service providers, payment processors, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies as required to provide services, comply with legal obligations, or prevent fraudulent activity. We will never sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

9. Account Termination

phpvip reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts immediately and without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) you have engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; (c) your account activities pose security or legal risks to phpvip or other users; or (d) termination is required by law or regulatory directive.

Upon account termination, you forfeit all rights to access your phpvip account and any unused bonuses or promotional funds. phpvip will process withdrawal of legitimate account balances subject to completion of any pending investigations and satisfaction of all outstanding obligations. You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support, provided you have no outstanding obligations or pending disputes.

10. General Provisions

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with all policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and phpvip regarding use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether oral or written.

10.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without phpvip's prior written consent. phpvip may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
